I just installed the notes 8.5.3, the when entering the password it just keeps loading forever like "loading......Please Wait,& waited several ours but no further process...

I can start it in the basic mode..

I have no more clues what to do, i have cleared out the temp...updated the java client.

Please give me some suggestions..
